The MAFCE conducts a Force Fitness Instructor Course that is positive, holistic, and progressive; utilizing structured functional exercise science in order to optimize mental and physical performance, reduce injuries, and maximize unit physical readiness.

Welcome aboard MAIC 1-24! Click HERE for your instructions.

 

- Marines are expected to report to the Martial Arts and Fitness Center of Excellence (Raider Hall) on 2 October 2023, at 0530, in green-on-green PT gear (no logos). 

- You will be required to conduct a HT/WT on 2 October,  run a PFT on 4 October,  and a CFT on 6 October, so please plan accordingly. Barracks are NOT provided.

- If you’re attending the course from outside the local area you will require a unit-funded rental car as lodging is not within walking distance of the schoolhouse. Lodging is available at Liversedge Hall or the Inns of the Corps on Quantico.
