The MAFCE conducts a Force Fitness Instructor Course that is positive, holistic, and progressive; utilizing structured functional exercise science in order to optimize mental and physical performance, reduce injuries, and maximize unit physical readiness.

- Marines are expected to report to the Martial Arts and Fitness Center of Excellence (Raider Hall) on 15 April 2024, at 0630, in green-on-green PT gear (no logos) with all required documents 

- You will be required to conduct a HT/WT on 15 April, run a PFT on 17 April, and a CFT on 19 April, so please plan accordingly. Barracks are NOT provided.

- If you’re attending the course from outside the local area you will require a unit-funded rental car as lodging is not within walking distance of the schoolhouse. Lodging is available at Liversedge Hall or the Inns of the Corps on Quantico.

FFI Course 1-25:  10 Oct - 11 Dec

FFI Course 2-25:  23 Feb - 4 Apr

FFI Course 3-25:  01 Jun - 16 Jul
