Okinawa, Japan - Sgt. Ronald M. Gay teaches Sgt. Peter C. Wrigley a proper exercise form during a Force Fitness Instructor course July 31, 2018, at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan. During the FFI course, Marines refine necessary skills used to run physical training more effectively in their own units. During this part of the course, Marines teach each other different techniques for different exercises. Gay, a native of Ocala, Florida, is a Refrigeration and Air Condition Technician with Combat Logistics Group 36 and Wrigley, from Salt Lake City, is an Aviation Supply Specialist from Marine Air Logistic Group 36, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
