Social Fitness

Giving and receiving support in positive relationships with peers, families, and communities. Maintaining strong relationships and friendships, having healthy family relationships, being kind and respectful to others, enjoying jobs, and seeking and enjoying the companionship of others.

Social Fitness:  Building a solid skillset that fosters cohesion, belonging, and trust in one's personal and professional relationships.

These two new resources are designed for Marines to increase their awareness and knowledge of cross-cultural issues, and strengthen unit cohesion by exercising social fitness. For questions on these resources or for further guidance, contact TECOM.forcefitness@usmc.mil.
