Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit participate in a Force Fitness Program aboard the USS Wasp (LHD-1), off the coast of Okinawa, Japan, Sep. 6, 2018. The Force Fitness Program was started in 2016 by the 37th Commandant of the Marine Corps with the purpose of teaching Marines injury prevention during physical fitness and proper recovery techniques.
